Return & Refund Policy

3.1 The “Milestone-Based” Financial Philosophy

At TehzeebTech.online, software development is an “Intangible Labor” service. Unlike physical goods, “Time and Logic” cannot be returned. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly mapped to the Project Life Cycle and the “Work-in-Progress” (WIP) status.

3.2 Eligibility for Refund (The Exit Strategy)

  • Pre-Development Phase: If a project is cancelled after the “Strategy Session” but before a single line of code is written, the Client is eligible for a 70% Refund of the deposit (30% is retained for administrative and consultation costs).
  • Mid-Sprint Cancellation: Once code development has commenced, refunds are only issued for the “Unstarted Milestones.” Any milestone currently in “Development” or “Testing” is non-refundable.
  • The “Technical Failure” Clause: If Tehzeeb Tech fails to deliver a functional module as per the agreed “Technical Specs” after three failed UAT attempts, a full refund for that specific module will be initiated.

3.3 The “Non-Refundable” Development Assets

The following services are Strictly Non-Refundable under any circumstances:

  • Research & Discovery (R&D): The time spent on architectural planning and UI/UX wireframing.
  • Domain & Server Costs: Any third-party costs paid on behalf of the client.
  • Emergency Hotfixes: Rapid response coding to fix security breaches or site crashes.

3.4 Refund Velocity & B2B Settlement

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer or Corporate Credit) within 21 business days. For ongoing clients, we recommend a “Credit-Balance” system where refunded amounts are applied to the next project phase or maintenance cycle.
